Responsibilities

Position summary The CMM Operator will perform dimensional inspections for various manufacturing processes utilizing the CMM. Perform inspections using various methods and equipment, complete appropriate quality records within company and GMP guidelines, policies, and procedures. Essential Job Functions � Inspection of components, and assemblies relating to quality � Interpret and accurately document the results of the inspections and testing � Reporting and isolating/segregation of non-conforming product � Operate precision testing equipment including but not limited to Tool Scope, CMM, and Vision systems � Effective organizational, oral, and written communication skills � Reads and complies with work instructions, set up sheets, and checklists � Enters production information into the ERP system on a timely basis � Accurately records and reports hours worked � Maintains an organized work area (5S) to include workstations, equipment, walkways, and locker rooms � Participates in the Operational Excellence Program � Understands and complies with the Cretex professional competencies, company policies, and employee manual � Adheres to all safety policies; includes wearing personal protective equipment when required � Supports and complies with the company�s Quality System, ISO, and medical device requirements � Completes all other work duties as assigned Minimum Requirements, Education & Experience (incl. KSA�s and certifications) � Basic Knowledge of CMM use and maintenance � Basic knowledge of inspection equipment uses and maintenance � Basic knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T) � Ability to communicate inspection results with team members and operations � Ability to quickly shift priorities in support of production inspection needs � Organization: managing multiple requirements and deadlines � High School diploma or equivalent (GED) � Experience with measuring instruments, methods and practices including hand tools and machine devices including CMM and Vision Systems � Quality training/certifications a plus � Knowledge of ISO 9001/13485 a plus � Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) � Support and comply with the Quality System and ISO 13485 requirements � Ability to read, comprehend, follow, and document work instructions, standard operating procedures, and training documents � Mechanical Aptitude � Dexterity and hand and eye coordination � Attention to detail � Strong problem-solving skills � Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks � Ability to take direction from the area manager � Ability to collaborate and assist team members, provide input to the area lead, and attend and participate in meetings � Ability to cross train in other areas of production when required � Ability to work in a manufacturing environment around chemicals, fumes, dust and odors Desirable Criteria & Qualifications � Certifications � ISO 13485

Pay Range

USD $19.00 - USD $22.00 /Hr.

Pay Range Details

This pay range reflects the base hourly rate or annual salary for positions within this job grade, based on our market-based pay structures. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as skills, relevant experience, education, internal equity, business needs, and local market conditions. While the full hiring range is shared for transparency, offers are rarely made at the minimum or maximum of the range.

20+hours:
