Cell Lead Position Summary

The Cell Lead - Assembly leads, coordinates, and monitors the activities of their team, focusing on assigned goals and objectives.

Shift Available: 1st Shift Monday - Thursday 6:00am to 4:00pm

Cell Lead Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate employees, equipment, and materials/supplies to have continuous and efficient production
• Ensure orders are completed on time and meet the quality standards
• Train and develop personnel
• Ensure employee compliance with schedules, policy, and procedures

Cell Lead Position Requirements

• Knowledge of industry, machinery, equipment, and processes- specifically assembly
• Previous experience managing internal relationships and team facilitation
• Scheduling experience in manufacturing
• Business systems software (excel, word, job costing systems)
• Five years related experience
• High School diploma or equivalent

Cell Lead Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Machining experience with medical components, devices, or instruments
• Previous experience with tight tolerances
• Programming experience with EDM CNC Machines
• Experience with set-up on EDM CNC Machines
• Experience in troubleshooting of EDM CNC Machines
• Business/technical degree or equivalent experience

Cretex Companies use cutting oils, solvents, and other chemicals in the manufacturing process. Testing is conducted on a periodic basis to ensure that all chemicals are kept well below the OSHA permissible exposure levels.

20+hours:
